Membership terms
The rules for Lab Perks accounts and the 12-month buyers' membership.
What you are buying
A Lab Perks membership costs $200, paid once. It gives the account that bought it access to the member area for 12 months, counted from the day the membership order is placed. The member area shows the member code of every supplier listed in the directory during that time.
The membership does not renew automatically and no payment details are stored. When it ends, the member codes are hidden until you buy a new membership.
Who may join
Membership is for labs, companies and individual researchers who buy research materials for laboratory research only. Checkout needs a US billing address. At checkout you confirm that you buy research materials for laboratory research only.
Payment
Memberships are paid in USDT, USDC or BTC. The wallet addresses and the amount due are shown on your order page after checkout. Orders that stay unpaid for 72 hours are cancelled. Access starts once the payment is confirmed.
Refunds
If you have not viewed any member code, you can request a refund within 7 days of payment. To ask for a refund, write to support@labperks.com from the email on your account and include your order number. Revealing the codes in the member area counts as viewing them.
Member codes and supplier offers
Offers and codes belong to the suppliers. Each supplier decides how its offer applies and may change or end it; Lab Perks cannot guarantee that a code will be accepted.
Codes are for your own purchasing. Please don't publish or share them. We may close a membership whose codes are posted publicly.
Buying from suppliers
Lab Perks does not sell research materials. When you buy from a supplier, the contract, the products, delivery, returns and support are between you and that supplier, under that supplier's own terms. Lab Perks is not responsible for any supplier's products or service.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can change your password from the account page at any time.
